And when they are not fulfilled we tend to feel sad, depressed and unmotivated.
Rather than focusing on what went wrong and why we are not able to fullfil our wishes 
We should aim at taking productive steps towards our goal 
Plan the initial steps and note it down on pen and paper 
Mark a tick against it once it is done
And repeat this activity till we complete our aim.
Generally we give priority our work or household chores
From today let’s aim at fulfilling our own dreams
By giving priority to our own self.
Let’s be selfish 
Once for our own good
To have peace within  and with ourself
Let’s live once for ourself.
